Clam Digger
Ingredients:
1 cup of Clamato Juice
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Lime Juice (Fresh)
4 dashes of Tabasco Sauce
4 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon of Horseradish
Pepper (To taste)
Celery Salt (To taste)
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Lime Juice (Fresh)
4 dashes of Tabasco Sauce
4 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon of Horseradish
Pepper (To taste)
Celery Salt (To taste)
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain over ice cubes into a collins glass. Garnish with a celery stalk and a lime wedge.
