Egg Cream

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
6 fluid ounces or 18 centilitres of Whole Milk
6 fluid ounces or 18 centilitres of Seltzer Water
6 fluid ounces or 18 centilitres of Whole Milk
6 fluid ounces or 18 centilitres of Seltzer Water
Instructions:
Mix syrup and milk in a fountain glass. Add Seltzer, serve with a straw.
