Eye of the Hurricane
Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Passion Fruit Syrup
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Lime Juice (Fresh)
Fill with Lemonade (Bitter)
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Lime Juice (Fresh)
Fill with Lemonade (Bitter)
Instructions:
Mix syrup and juice with ice and strain over ice cubes into a highball glass. Fill with bitter lemon soda and garnish with a slice of lime.
