Golden Nectar

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 pints or 70.5 centilitres of of Grapefruit Juice
1 cup of Orange Juice
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Honey
4 Egg Yolks (Well beaten)
4 Egg Whites (Beaten until stiff)
Pinch of Salt
1 cup of Orange Juice
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Honey
4 Egg Yolks (Well beaten)
4 Egg Whites (Beaten until stiff)
Pinch of Salt
Instructions:
Blend well the egg yolks with the fruit juices, then add the honey and the salt, and blend until the honey has dissolved. Carefully fold in the stiff egg whites and serve immediately in chilled wine glasses.
