Grape Flip

Ingredients:
2 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 7.5 centilitres of Milk (Cold)
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Grape Juice (Red)
1 Egg Yolk
2 Teaspoons of Raspberry Syrup
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Grape Juice (Red)
1 Egg Yolk
2 Teaspoons of Raspberry Syrup
Instructions:
Shake or blend very well, serve ice-cold in a burgundy glass.
