Hot Buttered Rum Batter #1
Ingredients:
1lb or 450g of Dark Brown Sugar
1/2lb or 225g of Salted Butter
1 Teaspoon of Nutmeg (Ground)
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon (Ground)
1 Teaspoon of Cloves (Ground)
1 Teaspoon of White Cardamom (Ground)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
Dark Rum
1/2lb or 225g of Salted Butter
1 Teaspoon of Nutmeg (Ground)
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon (Ground)
1 Teaspoon of Cloves (Ground)
1 Teaspoon of White Cardamom (Ground)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
Dark Rum
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a and store in the fridge. To make a drink add a shot of dark rum along with 1 or 2 Tablespoons of batter to a mug of very hot water.
