Lava Flow
Ingredients:
4 fluid ounces or 12 centilitres of Light Cream
3 fluid ounces or 9 centilitres of Pineapple Juice
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Coconut Cream
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup of Strawberries (Fresh or thawed)
3 fluid ounces or 9 centilitres of Pineapple Juice
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Coconut Cream
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup of Strawberries (Fresh or thawed)
Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients with ice -except strawberries- until smooth. Put the strawberries at the bottom of a parfait glass and add the blended mixture. Serve immediately.
