Modern Lemonade
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Dry Sherry
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Sloe Gin
2 Teaspoons of Powdered Sugar
1 Lemon (Cut in quarters)
Club Soda
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Sloe Gin
2 Teaspoons of Powdered Sugar
1 Lemon (Cut in quarters)
Club Soda
Instructions:
Mix lemon and sugar, then shake with ice, sherry and gin. Strain into a collins glass and top up with the soda.
