Rose de Mai Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Pineapple Juice
2 Teaspoons of Raspberry Syrup
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Cream
2 Teaspoons of Raspberry Syrup
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Cream
Instructions:
Shake very well pineapple juice, raspberry fruit-syrup and cream with ice cubes. Strain into a large cocktail glass.
