Cardinal Punch

Ingredients:
8 cups of Red Wine (Or Claret)
2 cups of Brandy
2 cups of Light Rum
6 & 1/3 fluid ounces or 19 centilitres of Champagne (Chilled)
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Sweet Vermouth
4 cups of Club Soda
Juice of 12 Lemons
Sugar (Enough to sweeten the lemon juice)
2 cups of Tea (Optional)
2 cups of Brandy
2 cups of Light Rum
6 & 1/3 fluid ounces or 19 centilitres of Champagne (Chilled)
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Sweet Vermouth
4 cups of Club Soda
Juice of 12 Lemons
Sugar (Enough to sweeten the lemon juice)
2 cups of Tea (Optional)
Instructions:
Mix the lemon juice and the sugar then pour over a large block of ice in a punch bowl. Stir well then add the other ingredients. Stir well again. Garnish with fruit. This punch makes approximately 40 servings.
