Claret Cup #1

Ingredients:
2 cups of Claret
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Brandy
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Triple Sec
6 fluid ounces or 18 centilitres of Club Soda
4 Teaspoons of Sugar
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Brandy
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Triple Sec
6 fluid ounces or 18 centilitres of Club Soda
4 Teaspoons of Sugar
Instructions:
Stir over ice cubes in a large pitcher. Garnish with fruit of the season, a sprig of mint and two rinds of cucumber and serve in large wine glasses. This punch makes approximately 6 servings.
