Claret Cup #2

Ingredients:
2 cups of Claret
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Brandy
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Cointreau
3 Teaspoons of Superfine Sugar
1 cup of Sparkling Water
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Brandy
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Cointreau
3 Teaspoons of Superfine Sugar
1 cup of Sparkling Water
Instructions:
Stir with ice cubes in a punch bowl or a pitcher and garnish with fresh mint sprigs. Serve in large wine glasses. This punch makes approximately 4 servings.
