Lamb's Wool
Ingredients:
8 Apples (Sliced)
2 quarts or 190 centilitres of of Beer
1/4 cup of Butter
1 cup of Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of Nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon of Ginger
2 quarts or 190 centilitres of of Beer

Instructions:
Heat gently and serve in a parfait glass.
