Pineapple Punch

Ingredients:
3 cups of Red Wine
5 fluid ounces or 15 centilitres of Tea (Strong)
3 & 1/3 fluid ounces or 10 centilitres of Pineapple Juice
2 & 2/3 fluid ounces or 8 centilitres of Rum
Juice of 1 Lemon
0.22lb or 100g of Sugar
0.44lb or 200g of Pineapple (Chunks)
1 & 2/3 fluid ounces or 5 centilitres of Sherry
5 fluid ounces or 15 centilitres of Tea (Strong)
3 & 1/3 fluid ounces or 10 centilitres of Pineapple Juice
2 & 2/3 fluid ounces or 8 centilitres of Rum
Juice of 1 Lemon
0.22lb or 100g of Sugar
0.44lb or 200g of Pineapple (Chunks)
1 & 2/3 fluid ounces or 5 centilitres of Sherry
Instructions:
Put the pineapple pieces in a punch bowl and pour the sherry over them. Chill for 2 hours. Put tea and sugar in a pot, add red wine, lemon juice and rum. Heat but do not boil the mixture. Pour over the pineapple pieces.
