Sauterne Punch

Ingredients:
Juice of 5 Lemons
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Brandy
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Applejack
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Pineapple Juice
2 dashes of Yellow Chartreuse
2 quarts or 190 centilitres of of Sauterne
2 quarts or 190 centilitres of of Sparkling Water
Sugar (To taste)
2 fluid ounces or 6 centilitres of Brandy
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Applejack
1 & 1/2 fluid ounces or 4.45 centilitres of Pineapple Juice

Sugar (To taste)
Instructions:
Stir and garnish with fruit.
