Hot Shot

Ingredients:
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Galliano
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Coffee (Hot)
Whipped Cream (Hand whipped)
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Coffee (Hot)
Whipped Cream (Hand whipped)
Instructions:
Put the chilled Galliano into a shot glass and float the hot coffee. Top with cool whipped cream and shoot.
