1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Maui Tropical
Fill with Sprite

Combine in a shot glass. Place the palm of your hand over the top of the shot and make sure it is covered completely. Raise the shot glass to around shoulder level, slam down on the counter top (or any hard surface) and as it starts to fizz everywhere shoot it down. It goes down very smoothly and tastes really yummy :) They aren't very strong either which is good for all the lightweights out there, and also good as a starting drink!
