Pepperita

Ingredients:
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Tequila Silver
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Lemon Juice (Fresh)
4 dashes of Tabasco Sauce
Salt
1/2 a fluid ounce or 1.5 centilitres of Lemon Juice (Fresh)
4 dashes of Tabasco Sauce
Salt
Instructions:
Rub the rim of a shot glass with lemon juice and dip rim in salt. Shake the tequila and the lemon juice with ice then strain into the salt-rimmed glass. Add the Tabasco and serve.
