6 fluid ounces or 18 centilitres of Beer (Preferably Kirin)
1 fluid ounce or 3 centilitres of Sake hot

Pour the sake into a rice wine cup. Drop the little cup of sake into half glass of beer and drink immediately (like a boilermaker). Warm and sweet, but with a kick!
