- ½ cup corn meal
- 1½ cups Gold Medal flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
Instructions:
To prepare this Corn Muffins, No. 1 Recipe, first mix and sift the dry ingredients, add the milk, beaten eggs and melted butter; beat vigorously. Half fill well greased muffin pans and bake in a hot oven twenty to twenty-five minutes.
