Instructions:

Beat only until thoroughly blended, then add gradually a cup of rich new milk. Divide equally among six well buttered timbale molds (common cups will serve the purpose). Stand them in a pan half filled with hot water and bake in a moderate oven about twenty minutes, or until firm to the touch. Turn out carefully on a heated platter and pour bread sauce around.
