- 8 sausages
- 4 sweet potatoes, medium size, peeled, sliced thin
- 3 tablespoons butter
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:

Press together slightly and cook for about 10 minutes. This will practically make a cake. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts. On each part serve 2 fried eggs.
