Pineapple, Jellied Recipe ingredients
- 2 tablespoons gelatine
- ¼ cup cold water
- 2 cups pineapple, chopped
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions:
To prepare this Pineapple, Jellied Recipe, first dissolve gelatine in the cold water. Mix together sugar, pineapple and lemon juice. Add slowly the boiling water to the gelatine, then add the pineapple mixture. Pour into sherbet glasses or glass dish. Put in a cold place or in the icebox. Serve when firm.
