- sugar
- water, very little
Instructions:
To prepare this Carrot Marmalade Recipe, first mix the carrots with the sugar and water. Cook until thick. Watch and stir carefully to prevent burning. Serve as marmalade. If marmalade seems too sweet, add a little lemon juice.
