2/3 cup sugar

1/3 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup milk

1-1/3 cups bread flour

2-1/2 tablespoons Argo or Kingsfords Cornstarch

2 teaspoons baking powder

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and heat until bubbly. Transfer to cup cake pans lightly rubbed with Mazola, sprinkle with desiccated coconut and bake in a moderately hot oven, 350 to 375 degrees F. until done - about twenty-five minutes.
