- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ lemon, peel only, grated
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup creamed butter
- ½ cup milk
Instructions:
To prepare this Tea Cake Recipe, first mix together flour and sugar. Add butter and eggs. Beat vigorously for 3 minutes. Add little by little the milk and continue to beat. Add raisins and lemon peel. Bake in greased cake mold in moderate oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
