- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups apricots, peeled, pitted, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions:
To prepare this Apricot Pie Recipe, first mix water, sugar and apricots. Line pie plate with pie crust. Place apricot mixture in the pie. Put butter cut in small pieces on top of apricot mixture. Wet edges of the under crust, cover with upper crust and press the edges slightly together. Bake in moderate oven for about 35 minutes.
