Sweet Potato Pie Recipe ingredients

• 5 sweet potatoes, medium size, cold boiled and diced
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 1 egg, beaten

To prepare this Sweet Potato Pie Recipe, first boil milk with the sugar. Mix in the sweet potatoes and beaten egg and let stand until cool. Line pie plate with pie crust.
