- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pound sugar (2 cups)
- 3 tablespoons chocolate, grated
- ¼ pound marshmallows, broken in pieces
- ½ pint cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
To prepare this Bryn Mawr Fudge Recipe, first mix chocolate, sugar and cream in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add the butter. Boil to 240 degrees F. Remove from fire. Add the marshmallows and vanilla, Pour into buttered pan. Cut in squares before it hardens too much.
