- 2½ cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons powdered cocoa
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
Instructions:
To prepare this Nut And Cocoa Fudge Recipe, first boil sugar, butter and milk for a few minutes. Pour over cocoa and mix thoroughly. Put back on fire and boil to 248 degrees F. Add vanilla, pour into a bowl and beat until creamy. Turn into a buttered or oiled shallow tin, sprinkle with the nuts, and mark in squares. Cut when a little cooler.
