  • 1½ cups sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
To prepare this Peanut Fudge Recipe, first put sugar, milk and butter together in a sauce pan. Place on fire and boil to 234 degrees F., stirring constantly. Let the mixture cool off, and add the flavoring. Beat until creamy. Put the mixture in a buttered pan. Sprinkle with the roasted peanuts, whole or chopped. When the fudge is entirely cold, cut in squares.
