Instructions:
To prepare this Pineapple Frappé Recipe, first if the Pineapple Smash is frozen it can be served as Pineapple Frappé.
Pineapple Smash: Boil together for 3 minutes 1 cups water and 1 cup sugar. Add 1 pint can grated pineapple and Juice of 3 lemons. To 1 cup of mixture add 1/2 cup ice water and turn into refrigerator pan and leave in refrigerator until frozen, stirring occasionally. Put the remainder in refrigerator but not in chilling unit. To serve put 2 ice cubes in tall glass. Strain the syrup and put 1/3 cup on the ice cubes. Almost fill glass with Ginger ale and add a Spoonful of pineapple sherbet, a sprig of Mint and a Maraschino cherry.
