Blood Orange Sherbet Recipe ingredients
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoonful of cold water
- 1 cup of sugar
- Juice of 3 or 4 "blood" oranges
- ¼ teaspoonful of granulated gelatine
- Juice of½ lemon
Instructions:
To prepare this Blood Orange Sherbet Recipe, first boil the sugar and water twenty minutes; add the gelatine, soaked in the cold water, and when cold add the fruit juice and freeze as usual.
