- Wash, stone and cut in pieces
- ½ cup dates; cut in pieces
- ½ cup maraschino cherries; mix and add
- ¼ cup maraschino syrup
Instructions:
To prepare this Fruit Nut Sundae Recipe, first 1/2 cup preserved figs cut in pieces and Syrup in which they are preserved.
Chill thoroughly and just before serving add 1/3 cup blanched almonds, halved and browned in the oven. Serve on Vanilla mousse or ice cream. This is an especially delicious sundae.
