- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch, diluted with a little cold water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
To prepare this Cornstarch Blanc Mange Recipe, first mix sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and cornstarch together. Beat well. Pour in the milk gradually. Place mixture on fire and allow to boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Fill champagne glasses with the blanc mange and let cool.
