Custard, Soft Recipe ingredients
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
To prepare this Custard, Soft Recipe, first beat the egg yolks slightly with the sugar and add slowly the scalded milk. Place on a slow fire and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from fire and add the vanilla extract. Serve hot or cold.
