- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 1/3 cup nut meats, chopped not too fine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
To prepare this Nut Custard Pudding Recipe, first mix eggs, sugar and nut meats together. Add slowly the milk and flavoring. Fill a pudding dish with the custard mixture. Set pudding dish in a baking pan partially filled with water. Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
