Tea Custard Pudding Recipe ingredients
  • 5 teaspoons tea leaves
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk, scalded
  • ½ cup sugar
Instructions:
To prepare this Tea Custard Pudding Recipe, first boil the water and pour over the tealeaves. Cover and let stand for about 6 minutes. Drain. Mix tea with sugar and eggs. Add slowly the scalded milk. Mix well. Pour mixture into a pudding dish. Set pudding dish in a pan of water. Bake in moderate oven for about 40 minutes. Then serve.
