Currant Pudding Recipe ingredients
- 1 cup dried currants, washed
- ½ cup flour
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
Instructions:
To prepare this Currant Pudding Recipe, first mix the eggs, sugar, currants and flour together. Add gradually the scalded milk. Pour into a pudding dish. Set pudding dish in a pan of water. Bake in moderate oven for about 40 minutes.
