- 1½ cups raisins, cleaned
- 1 cup water, boiling
- 2½ cups milk, boiled
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- a little grated nutmeg
Instructions:
To prepare this New England Raisin Pudding Recipe, first put water and raisins in a saucepan and boil quickly until water is cooked away. Beat eggs and sugar together.
