Cream Sugar Recipe ingredients
- 1 pound sugar (2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon cream
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- few drops vanilla, orange, coffee, strawberry or lemon
- extract to flavor
Instructions:
To prepare this Cream Sugar Recipe, first boil all ingredients together (except flavoring extract) to 235 degrees F. Remove from fire and beat until creamy. Add flavoring extract. Pour into oiled or buttered (sweet butter) tin. When slightly cooled off, mark in squares. Cut a little later.
