- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup milk, boiling
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1½ squares of chocolate, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
To prepare this Chocolate Cream Filling Recipe, first mix sugar, flour, beaten egg and melted chocolate. Pour in gradually the boiling milk and cook for about 4 minutes or until smooth and thick. Stir constantly to prevent scorching. Let cool off and spread between layers of cake.
