- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 3 tablespoons ground coffee
Instructions:
To prepare this Coffee Cream Filling Recipe, first boil the milk and pour it over the ground coffee. Let stand covered for 5 minutes and strain. Mix sugar, flour and beaten egg together. Pour in gradually the milk and cook for about 4 minutes, or until smooth and thick. Stir constantly to prevent scorching. Let cool off and spread between layers of cake.
