Instructions:

Let it come to a boil, then season with salt, pepper, and kitchen bouquet, and let it stand over hot water while you broil the steak. As soon as the steak is broiled, place it on a hot platter, arrange the mushrooms on the steak, and pour the sauce over it all. Garnish with sprigs of parsley, and serve at once.
