Creamed Ham, Tongue or Corned Beef Recipe ingredients

• 2 cups diced cooked ham, tongue or corned beef
• 2 tablespoons Mazola
• 1 pint milk
• 2 tablespoons Argo or Kingsford's Cornstarch
• 1/3 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
