- 12 lamb kidneys, sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 slices bacon, chopped fine
- 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
- 6 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
