  • 1 veal shoulder
  • 6 turnips, peeled, cut in halves
  • 1 cabbage, washed, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Veal Shoulder With Turnips And Cabbage Recipe, first put veal shoulder in a roasting pan and cook in moderate oven for 40 minutes. While the veal is cooking, boil the cabbage and turnips in salted water for 35 minutes. Drain off water. Place cabbage, turnips, butter and seasonings in roasting pan with the veal.
