Veal With Barley Recipe ingredients
- 2½ pounds veal, loin, leg or breast, cut in small square pieces
- 1 onion, peeled, sliced
- 2 cups barley, washed
- 1 carrot, peeled, sliced
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Veal With Barley Recipe, first put all ingredients in a stew pan and just cover with water. Place cover on stew pan and cook for 35 minutes. From time to time add some boiling water if evaporation takes place too quickly. This dish must be served with very little liquid.
