  • 2 pheasants
  • 4 cups vermicelli, broken in pieces
  • 8 slices bacon, cut in pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Pheasants With Vermicelli And Bacon Recipe, first put pheasants in a roasting pan. Roast in moderate oven for about 35 minutes. While the pheasants are roasting, boil the vermicelli in salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain off water. Put butter and bacon in a stew pan. Fry the bacon in the butter.
