- 1½ pounds beef round, passed through meat chopper
- 1½ cups macaroni, broken in pieces
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons butter
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Beef And Macaroni Cake Recipe, first boil the macaroni in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain off water and cool for about 3 minutes. In a bowl mix together the beef, egg, macaroni and seasonings. Put butter in a frying pan. Put on hot fire. When butter is foaming, put beef and macaroni mixture in the frying pan. Let cook for about 2 minutes. Place frying pan in a hot oven and let cook for about 10 minutes. Then serve.
